**Overview**
We are seeking a dedicated Cleaner to join our team. As a Cleaner, you will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene within our facilities. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to a clean and organized environment.

**Duties**:

- Perform cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste
- Clean and sanitize restrooms and common areas
- Use hand tools and power tools for cleaning purposes
- Conduct commercial cleaning duties as required
- Assist with custodial tasks to ensure a tidy environment

**Skills**:

- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks
- Strong customer service skills to interact with staff and visitors
- Experience in commercial cleaning or custodial work is advantageous
- Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining cleanliness
- Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently
- Effective communication skills for collaborating with team members
- Knowledge of facilities maintenance practices is a plus

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $17.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 20 per week
