- Process transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system, including cash handling and credit card processing.
- Provide product demonstrations and technical sales support to enhance customer understanding of products.
- Engage in upselling techniques to promote additional products and services.
- Maintain organized merchandising displays to attract customers and promote sales.
- Handle customer complaints or issues with professionalism and resolve them effectively.
- Utilize strong time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy periods.
- Uphold phone etiquette when responding to customer calls or inquiries.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and maintain a high standard of customer service.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in pet food and supply retail sales or customer service is preferred.
- Proficiency in basic math for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
- Familiarity with technology sales, including product demos and technical sales, is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills to manage inventory and merchandising effectively.
