Plains Motor Inn is seeking a full-time **Motel Manager** to oversee daily motel operations and ensure high standards of guest service. This role is ideal for a reliable, customer-focused individual with strong organizational and leadership skills.

**Responsibilities**
- Oversee daily motel operations including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance
- Supervise, train, and schedule staff
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally
- Monitor budgets, expenses, and inventory
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and motel policies
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers

**Qualifications**
- Experience in hospitality, hotel, or motel operations is an asset
- Supervisory or management experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Organized, dependable, and willing to learn
- Multilingual or bilingual skills are an asset

Pay: $42,000.00-$48,000.00 per year
