**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Routine Facility Cleaning**- Perform daily sweeping, mopping, dusting, and garbage removal throughout production spaces.
- **Machinery Cleaning**- Safely clean around and under industrial machinery and equipment in accordance with company safety policies.
- **Maintenance of Common Areas**- Keep locker rooms, lunchrooms, restrooms, and other shared spaces clean and well-stocked.
- **Supply Management**- Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies as needed.
- **Safety Adherence**- Consistently follow safety regulations, including wearing required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), such as safety shoes.
- **Issue Reporting**- Report any safety hazards or maintenance issues promptly to supervisors.
- **Special Projects**- Provide support for special cleaning tasks or emergency situations as needed.

**Qualifications**
- Previous janitorial or industrial cleaning experience preferred but not required.
- Able to work independently with efficient time management skills.
- Comfortable performing duties in a manufacturing setting around operating machinery.
- Must wear company-approved safety shoes/boots.
- Knowledge of and adherence to workplace safety practices.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and carry out repetitive cleaning tasks.

**Working Conditions**
- Fast-paced industrial production environment.
- Exposure to machinery, dust, and various cleaning chemicals.
- Requires frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting.

**Experience**
- 2+ years janitorial or industrial cleaning experience (preferred).

Pay: $18.00 per hour
