Job Summary:
Agile Healthcare Solutions is seeking compassionate and dedicated Personal Support Workers (PSWs) to join our team in Toronto, Ontario.

Key Responsibilities:

- Client Care: Provide attentive and compassionate personal care to clients, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility.
- Medication Assistance: Administer medications as prescribed and document medication administration accurately.
- Client Safety: Ensure the safety and well-being of clients at all times, addressing any safety concerns promptly.
- Client Documentation: Keep accurate records of care provided, changes in client condition, and any incidents or observations.
- Meal Preparation: Assist with meal planning and preparation, adhering to dietary restrictions and preferences.
- Household Tasks: Provide light housekeeping and maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
- Companionship: Offer emotional support and companionship to clients, promoting their mental and emotional well-being.

Qualifications:

- Personal Support Worker (PSW) certification from a recognized institution.
- Previous experience in home care or healthcare settings is preferred.
- Compassionate and patient demeanor with a strong commitment to client-centered care.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of infection control practices and safety protocols.
- Valid Vulnerable Sector Check (Police Check)
- Valid CPR and First Aid certifications.
- Access to reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (if applicable).
