We are currently on the lookout for a new addition to our Picking Team. If you are interested in the automotive field and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment this may be the job for you

Our Cornwall, ON distribution center supplies automotive parts and accessories to stores across Ontario and Quebec. The Warehouse Picker role is critical in supporting these essential businesses as they are responsible for collecting all outgoing product for distribution.
- Aptitude in basic writing and mathematics
- Keen attention to detail
- Proven ability to work unsupervised and independently
- Be comfortable with frequent lifting (up to 70lbs)
- Strong commitment to be a team player, build trust and be accountable;
- Ability to effectively handle multiple priorities, organize workload, and meet deadlines;
- Knowledge of automotive parts is an asset, but not required
- Previous warehouse picking experience is an asset, but not required
- The Warehouse Picker position is a physical role that requires walking and/or standing for the length of a shift in addition to lifting and picking product._

**Key Responsibilities**
- Prepare zones for daily pick
- Accurately and efficiently pull product for daily shipment distribution
- Verify product matches shipment order (quantities, etc.)
- Perform spot-check quality control on picked product prior to forwarding to the Packing Department (report any damaged product to Supervisor)
- Check expiry dates of product (when applicable)
- Report inventory inconsistencies to Supervisor and participate in inventory counts when needed
- Maintain records of items picked and submitted to the Packing Department
- Other duties as assigned
