**Job Description**:
As a valuable member of the Food & Beverage team, you will be responsible for the quick delivery of extraordinary customer service to fans at Concession Stands at the Coca-Cola Coliseum.

- Prepare food and beverage orders quickly, efficiently and according to standard.
- Work diligently to ensure safe food handling principles are practised.
- Provide responsible alcohol service using Smart Serve principles.
- Ensure AGCO and MLSE alcohol policies & regulations are followed.
- Perform opening and closing duties as required.
- Monitor inventory.
- Ensure work area and equipment is clean and organized at all times.
- Perform other administrative or service functions as required.
- Act as an ambassador for MLSE and our community.
- Adhere to all MLSE service standards and policies including Health & Safety.
- Work in compliance with the provisions of the Occupational Health & Safety Act.
- Provide fast Fan service with a smile
**Qualifications**:
- Must have a valid Smart Serve certification or be willing to obtain one before starting the role
- Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays as required
- Must be of legal age to serve alcohol
- Previous food service experience an asset
- Safe food handling training an asset
- Work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks at a time
- Able to pay close attention to detail and calculate order totals manually
- Legally entitled to work in Canada
- Genuine interest in creating positive customer service experiences
