Yard Supervisor

**Languages**: English & Spanish

**Experience**: Experience an asset.

**Requirements**:Professional appearance, kindness, and clear communication skills are a must. Forklift license an asset.

**Tasks**:

- Plan and direct grounds maintenance
- Plan and estimate labour and materials
- Maintain work records and logs
- Establish work schedules and procedures
- Repair and maintain equipment
- Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies
- Resolve work related problems
- Supervise nursery and greenhouse workers
- Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
- Determine staffing requirements
- Manage staff and assign duties

**Supervision**
- 4-5 people

**Time of work**: Flexible.

Pay: From $15.20 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Experience**:

- Supervising: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Forklift Licence (preferred)
- First Aid Certification (preferred)
