U-haul / Lot Attendant

** Must be available to work some Saturdays **

** Must have a CLASS 5 License **

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work Outside in Any Weather

Must be able to lift trailers

Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers

U-Haul CSR / Lot Attendant / Administration
- Preparing, Organizing and storing information on paper and digital form
- Greeting visitors at reception
- Assist customers inside and outside U-Haul Center with U-Haul products and services
- Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory
- Clean and inspect equipment on the lot including checking fluid levels
- Answer questions and educate customers regarding products and services
- Prepare rental invoices and accept equipment returned from rental
- Other duties as assigned

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $15.00-$16.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- CLASS 5 Drivers License (required)
