DUTIES
- Teach classes, workshops, camps, and parties to kids, teens, and adults
- Teach and use a range of mediums and techniques including pottery, sculpture, painting, and more, as well as art history
- Follow pre-planned curriculum and have students produce high quality artwork
- Maintain the studio space through cleaning, tidying, and organizing artwork and supplies
- Artwork aftercare such as kiln-firing clay, glazing ceramics, varnishing paintings, etc.
- Make sales by informing customers about our current offerings, taking class bookings, and selling retail

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
- Experience teaching or working with children
- Experience working with different art mediums and techniques
- Ability to effectively and confidently communicate and engage with students of all ages (from age 2 to adults)
- English language must be fluent
- Strong organizational skills to label and organize artwork and art supplies
- Positive, adaptable, and able to work at a fast pace
- Flexible to seasonal changes in curriculum, schedule, and systems

Mon - Fri: 3pm - 10pm (during school term)

Mon - Fri: 8:30am - 5pm (during Spring /Summer /Winter breaks)

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $17.00-$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
