**OUR IDEAL PROJECT MANAGER/COORDINATOR/ESTIMATOR**:
As our Commercial Project Manager/Coordinator/Estimator, you'll lead the charge in developing and maintaining project schedules, ensuring every detail is perfectly aligned with budgets and timelines. Your expertise will shine as you analyze drawings and specifications to craft precise cost estimates, coordinating resources and materials for seamless project execution. Through clear communication and efficient planning, you'll unite stakeholders and guarantee project success. From managing shop drawings to tackling unforeseen challenges, your leadership will make a tangible impact on every project's outcome.

We're looking for someone who meets these qualifications:

- Experience in project management, estimating, and/or coordination, preferably in the mechanical contracting or construction industry
- The ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings is highly preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Ability to multitask. prioritize tasks, and work in fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

- **Project Management**: Plan, execute, and oversee commercial plumbing & HVAC projects from start to finish
- **Estimating**: Prepare accurate cost estimates for projects, including labor, materials, and subcontractor expenses
- **Coordination**: Liaise with clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution
- **Budgeting & Cost Control**: Monitor project costs, track expenses, and ensure financial efficiency
- **Scheduling**: Develop and maintain project timelines, coordinating with site supervisors and field crews
- **Compliance & Safety**: Ensure projects adhere to building codes, safety regulations, and industry best practices
- **Procurement**: Source and order materials, ensuring timely delivery to job sites
- **Documentation**: Maintain project records, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports
- **Problem-Solving**: Address any project challenges, delays, or conflicts in a timely manner
- **Quality Control**: Oversee workmanship and ensure installations meet company and industry standards
