Drywall Boarders

**Overview**

**Duties**
- Measure, cut, and install drywall panels according to project specifications and blueprints
- Finish drywall surfaces with taping, mudding, sanding, and texturing to achieve smooth finishes
- Assist with framing and metal stud installation as needed
- Perform caulking, trim carpentry, and fixture installation to complete wall systems
- Repair water damage and participate in mold remediation when required
- Coordinate with other trades such as plumbing, electrical, and masonry to ensure seamless project flow
- Read schematics and blueprints accurately to determine material requirements and installation procedures
- Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and debris removal throughout the job site
- Follow safety protocols at all times while working on construction sites

**Experience**
- Proven experience in drywall installation and finishing on various types of construction projects
- Knowledge of construction estimating, blueprint reading, and schematics interpretation
- Familiarity with water damage restoration, mold remediation, and the restoration industry enhances versatility
- Skills in carpentry including door hanging, trim carpentry, frame carpentry, and remodeling work are desirable
- Experience with construction plumbing, masonry, masonry repairs, airless paint spraying, and fixture installation is beneficial
- Prior work on construction sites with knowledge of safety standards is essential
- Maintenance Person experience or general construction painting skills will be considered advantageous

Pay: $22.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
