**About Fisher**
We’re a fast-paced pre-stain manufacturing facility. We specialize in pre painting and staining wood and hardie products for cladding. We’re on the lookout for dependable, hardworking team players who take pride in doing a good job.

**Hours**: Monday to Friday, 6:45 AM - 2:45 PM
Afternoons are all yours — perfect for biking, relaxing, or doing whatever you love.

**Starting Wage**: $22/hour

The Material Handlers are responsible for preparing materials for the warehouse and operations according to the daily schedule and task list. Our warehouse is large, so keeping inventory organized and stored safely is a top priority. This is a physical, outdoor role that requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Forklift training will be provided.

**Duties**
- Prepping materials for painting
- Loading and unloading Hardie and wood products
- Picking and packing raw wood orders
- Labeling and bundling finished products
- Keeping the workspace clean and organized
- Inspecting products for quality and reporting any issues
- Following safety procedures and using PPE as required - Steel toed footware required
- Helping with general warehouse tasks as needed
- Assisting with inventory checks and stock organization

**Skills**
- Reliability - shows up on time, ready to work
- Attention to detail - especially for painting and packing accurately
- Physical stamina - able to lift, move, and stand for extended periods
- Teamwork - gets along well with others and communicates well
- Basic measuring skills - tape measure, counting, etc.
- Ability to follow instructions - learns quickly and sticks to procedures
- Safety awareness - understands and respects safety rules
- Time management - works efficiently to meet daily goals
- Positive attitude - willing to take on different tasks as needed
- Forklift or pallet jack experience - a bonus, but not required
