Delivery & Installation Technician

**Job Summary**
As a Delivery & Installation Technician, you will be responsible for delivering and installing a variety of appliances to our customers' homes in the surrounding areas. Other responsibilities may include unboxing and moving appliances, assisting repair technicians with service calls, helping with sales, answering phones, and odd jobs like cleaning the sales and service areas as needed.

**Duties**
- Perform installations of products according to specifications and safety guidelines.
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions.
- Assist in moving heavy appliances and materials as required during installations.
- Conduct routine maintenance checks on installed products to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and on schedule.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in installation or related fields is preferred.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for transporting equipment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with customers and team members effectively.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks as part of daily responsibilities.
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality service.
- Must be extremely reliable, and able to report to work in-person for the full working hours listed above.

Pay: $21.00-$25.00 per hour
