**About the Opportunity**
- Manage and mentor the Analytics and Data Architecture team, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
- Manage and optimize the organization’s backend data infrastructure, ensuring reliability, scalability, and security.
- Design, implement, and maintain efficient data pipelines and integrations to support various analytics, business intelligence, and data visualization needs across the organization.
- Own the creation and management of data views, ensuring they are accessible and optimized for analysts and other stakeholders.
- Work closely with analysts, business leaders, and other stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver solutions that meet organizational needs.
- Establish comprehensive documentation and training materials.
- Continuously evaluate tools and technologies to enhance the team's productivity and alignment with organizational needs.
**About You**
In addition to placing high value on continuous improvement, collaboration and accountability, you bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Health Informatics, Information Systems, Digital Innovation, or a related field. Equivalent work experience will also be considered.
- 5+ years of experience in data architecture, engineering, visualization or analytics roles
- Certifications in data engineering, cloud computing, or business intelligence (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Engineer, AWS Certified Data Analytics, DAMA Certified Data Management Professional).
- Hands-on experience with data pipelines, SQL, and data visualization tools considered an asset
- A passion for the healthcare sector and/or ensuring seniors have access to quality accommodations, services and care.
