**About Us**:
KN Property Maintenance specializes in residential and commercial lawn care, landscaping, and snow removal services. We are committed to delivering professional, high-quality work for our clients year-round.

We are seeking a motivated and reliable individual to join our team for full-time, year-round work. This role includes a variety of property maintenance tasks such as:

- Lawn mowing, trimming, and edging
- Garden bed maintenance, planting, and mulching
- Shrub and tree trimming (up to 12 ft)
- Landscape projects as assigned
- General site clean-up and debris removal

**Winter Responsibilities**:
In addition to landscaping, this position requires participation in our **24/7 snow removal on-call services** during the winter season. Duties include:

- Snow plowing, shoveling, and salting of commercial and residential properties
- Being available on short notice for snow and ice events (including overnight, weekends, and holidays)
- Safe and efficient operation of snow removal equipment and vehicles

**Requirements**:

- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Physically fit and able to lift 50 lbs+
- Experience in landscaping or snow removal is an asset, but training is provided
- Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work in a team environment
