Foreman - Shop Supervisor

**The Role**:

- Be on site to ensure compliance with established standards.
- Uphold and maintain a safe and healthy work environment by complying with and enforcing compliance with safety legislation and company policies
- Responsible for the organization of the work performed
- Maintain an organized, clean work environment
- Advise and mentor technicians
- Determine work methods that will increase efficiency and productivity
- Anticipate potential problem areas and analyze and recommend solutions or corrective actions
- Order parts and keep the stock room equipped to meet to daily requirements
- Allocate work to meet the target every month
- Maintain record of the safety and work done under supervision
- Communicate with the management on daily basis
- Conduct team meetings for smooth functioning

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Previous mechanical experience in a heavy equipment environment
- Previous Forklift license preferred
- Must have and maintain a valid Class 5 driver’s license
- Own vehicle to come to work and a functional phone

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $22.00-$30.00 per hour
