The Spa Supervisor position at Damara Day Spa & Medical Aesthetics, located within the Westin Harbour Castle in Toronto, is a multifaceted role that combines leadership, front desk operations, and hands-on esthetic services. This position is ideal for individuals with a strong background in spa services and a desire to take on managerial responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
- **Front Desk Operations**: Manage guest check-ins, schedule appointments, handle inquiries, and ensure a seamless spa experience from arrival to departure.
- **Esthetic Services**: Provide a range of treatments, including facials, manicures, pedicures, waxing, threading, and body treatments.
- **Team Leadership**: Assist in hiring, training, and supervising spa staff, ensuring adherence to company standards and fostering a positive work environment.
- **Sales and Upselling**: Promote and sell spa services and retail products, aiming to enhance guest satisfaction and drive revenue.
- **Operational Management**: Oversee daily spa operations, maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards, and manage inventory and requisitions.
- **Guest Relations**: Address guest concerns and feedback promptly, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Proven experience as an Aesthetician or in a similar spa role.
- **Licensing**: A valid aesthetician license or certification from an accredited institution.
- **Skills**: Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
- **Availability**: Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Compensation & Benefits
- **Hourly Rate**: $20-$25, plus commission and tips.
- **Additional Pay**: Bonus pay, overtime, and signing bonuses may apply.
