We're expanding our team and hiring an additional bellman The Bell Team is at the heart of the Reception team at Hastings House. The Bell Team Member’s role includes welcoming guests, driving a shuttle, and helping guests to their suites. The Bell Team Member has an impact on guest experience and is often a first contact for guests.

**Responsibilities**:

- Meeting with Reception staff to review the day's assignments
- Driving a shuttle van to pick guests up at the Ferry or Seaplane docks
- Welcoming guests to the property
- Assisting guests with their luggage
- Cleaning shuttle vans and golf carts at the end of the day
- Refueling vehicles regularly
- Sweeping and raking paths and decks
- Building fires in guest suites and restocking wood

**Qualifications**:

- Personable and enthusiastic with a desire to deliver great customer service
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs/13.6 kgs
- Consistent punctuality
- A high level of grooming and professionalism at all times
- Valid driver's license
