Job Purpose: We are currently seeking a Project Coordinator that will be responsible for specific tasks within a project managed by Senior Project Managers and Coordinators. This role will develop and monitor project performance through the many aspects of project planning. Most importantly, the Junior Project Coordinator is a key part of making sure the project is flowing smoothly.
- This position requires the applicant to be mobile and to have a Valid G License. Laptop and/or tablet provided. Hourly rate shall be decided upon hiring.
- This is a full-time position

Responsibilities include:
- Working alongside senior project managers for assistance in specific projects. Tasks can include maintaining contact with clients and parties involved, answering questions and concerns, and being aware of all project data and information.
- Pre and post-inspection of job sites.
- Ongoing site inspections: investigate to determine faults and resolve issues.
- Develop, maintain, and organize project documentation.
- Managing timelines and deadlines of project objectives.

Qualifications
- A student enrolled in or has recently completed a post-secondary degree or diploma in Construction Project Management or in related fields.
- Valid Drivers License and vehicle.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
- Knowledge of construction management processes, means and methods.
- Ability to plan and organize construction activities.
- Strong planning and execution skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $22.00-$28.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:

- Etobicoke, ON M9B 6K2: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
