Landscape Labourer - Join Our Natural Stone Landscaping Team

We're looking for a dedicated Landscape Labourer to join our team and help bring our clients' outdoor visions to life.

Key Responsibilities
- **Hardscape Installation**: Assist in the construction of retaining walls, patios, walkways, and other hardscape features using natural stone and interlock materials.
- **Landscape Construction**: Dig, plant, and irrigate various types of plants, trees, and shrubs.
- **Maintenance**: Perform routine landscape maintenance including mowing, trimming, weeding, and pruning.
- **Equipment Operation**: Safely operate and maintain landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and hand tools.
- **Site Cleanliness**: Maintain cleanliness of work areas and tools to promote safety and efficiency.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with team members to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.

Skills & Qualifications
- **Physical Stamina**: Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy materials and working outdoors in various weather conditions.
- **Experience**: Prior experience in landscaping or a related field is preferred but not required; on-the-job training will be provided.
- **Equipment Proficiency**: Familiarity with landscaping tools and equipment such as lawnmowers, trimmers, and leaf blowers.
- **Attention to Detail**: Strong attention to detail to ensure quality workmanship in all landscaping projects.
- **Teamwork**: Ability to work effectively as part of a team and follow instructions from supervisors.
- **Safety Awareness**: Knowledge of safety protocols and ability to work responsibly in all weather conditions.
- **Communication**: Good communication skills to work in a team and follow instructions from supervisors.

**Responsabilités**:

- Participer à l'installation de murs de soutènement, de patios, de sentiers et d'autres éléments paysagers en utilisant des pierres naturelles et du pavé uni.
- Effectuer la plantation et l'entretien de végétaux, y compris la préparation du sol, la pose de tourbe et la plantation d'arbustes et de fleurs.
- Manipuler et entretenir les outils et équipements nécessaires aux travaux paysagers.
- Maintenir la propreté et l'organisation des chantiers.
- Collaborer efficacement avec l'équipe pour assurer la qualité et la sécurité des travaux.

**Compétences et qualifications requises**:

- Expérience préalable en aménagement paysager ou dans un domaine connexe (un atout).
- Bonne condition physique et capacité à travailler en extérieur, dans diverses conditions climatiques.
- Connaissance de base des techniques d'aménagement paysager, y compris la pose de pavé et la construction de murs de soutènement.
- Permis de conduire valide (classe 5).
- Autonomie, sens de l'organisation et capacité à travailler en équipe.
