**Overview**
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Shipper/Receiver to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the shipping and receiving processes within our warehouse environment. Your expertise in warehouse operations will ensure that products are accurately processed, stored, and dispatched in a timely manner. This position is crucial for maintaining efficient supply chain operations and supporting overall business objectives.

**Responsibilities**
- Receive containers arriving from overseas - ensuring accuracy
- Tag pallets with codes for scanning
- RF scanner experience required
- Perform order picking and packing, ensuring that all items are correctly labeled and prepared for shipment.
- Load and unload products from delivery trucks using forklifts or reach trucks.
- Conduct regular inspections of incoming shipments to verify quality and quantity.
- Maintain an organized warehouse environment, ensuring that all items are stored appropriately.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and improve operational efficiency.
- Adhere to safety protocols while operating equipment and handling materials.

**Experience**
- Proven experience in shipping and receiving within a warehouse setting.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is preferred.
- Proficient in operating forklifts, reach trucks, and other material handling equipment.
- Knowledge of order fulfillment processes, including order picking and inventory management.
- Experience with AS400 software is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
