**Responsibilities**
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of construction crews on-site.
- Ensure that all work is performed according to specifications, safety standards, and quality control measures.
- Utilize construction management software such as ProCore and Bluebeam for project tracking and documentation.
- Conduct regular inspections of work progress and provide feedback to team members.
- Assist in budgeting processes and manage project costs effectively.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction estimates to guide project execution.
- Train new employees on safety protocols, equipment usage, and company policies.
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely completion of projects.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as a Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety regulations.
- Proficiency in using construction management software (e.g., ProCore) and tools like Bluebeam for project documentation.
- Excellent skills in blueprint reading, construction estimating, budgeting, and quality control.
- Ability to build effective teams through strong leadership and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently.

Pay: $24.36-$47.45 per hour

Expected hours: 50 per week

Additional pay:

- Signing bonus

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Hardscape / pool installations / management: 4 years (required)

**Location**:

- Simcoe, ON N3Y 4J7 (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 25% (preferred)

Work Location: In person
