As a residential leasing agent you are kind, professional, organized and driven to match the right people with new homes.

You shall be:

- Following up on all warm and hot leads
- Showing units, ensuring professional presentation and using well developed sales skills.
- Ensuring suites shown are in ready condition, working with maintenance to address any deficiencies
- Performing move in inspections and vacant suite inspections

As our Leasing Agent, you will:

- Have the ability to work evening, weekend, and holiday hours to accommodate business needs Lease suites and/or renew upcoming lease expiries with specific leasing goals in mind;
- Work constructively with the team to ensure customer service requirements are resolved and team goals are met;
- Be organized, interpersonal and strong communicator with the ability to build excellent relationships with customers;
- Follow up with prospective residents to ensure no lead is lost;
- The position does require regular evening and weekend hours and a reliable car.

Required Skills and Abilities:

- Must have own vehicle and valid driver’s license
- RECA license an asset;
- Exceptional analytical, communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills;
- Must have a high degree of professionalism and possess an exceptional customer service philosophy;
- Appearance must be neat, clean and professional;

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Edmonton, AB T6W 4M5
