AMCO Security is growing & are looking for an ambitious & entrepreneurial graduate to join the team to work alongside the Managing Director and management team to help evolve the company.

This role is a ‘Trainee Manager’ role and will involve working across different divisions within the company, to understand all aspects of the business. The primary goal of the Trainee Manager role is growth, so applicants need to be business savvy, ambitious and self-motivated.

AMCO are in the process of navigating the new world of smart technologies, and re-positioning ourselves. The role of Trainee Manager is at the heart of the company’s evolution.
We’re an ambitious company, and are looking for ambitious individuals to help grow the company.

The Role:
As a Trainee Manager you’re first job will be to learn all the different areas of the company, and you will spend the first 12 months working across all divisions to help you understand how the company operates:

- Operations
- Sales
- Marketing
- Stock management / administration
- Engineering

Whilst working hand-on within these different teams, you will also work alongside the Managing Director, feeding back experiences from within each of these teams, with the aim of improving & evolving.

Desirable Skills & Personal Qualities:

- Previous work experience would be an advantage
- Excellent organising skills
- Microsoft xl experience

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year

Additional pay:
