We are seeking an **HR Consultant** to join our team and support our business operations by providing expert HR guidance and strategic solutions to ensure compliance, efficiency, and employee satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement **HR policies and best practices** in alignment with company goals.
- Ensure compliance with **Ontario’s Employment Standards Act (ESA), Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHSA), and Human Rights Code**.
- Oversee **recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning** strategies.
- Provide guidance on **employee relations, performance management, and workplace investigations**.
- Conduct **HR audits and risk assessments** to improve operational efficiency.
- Support compensation, benefits administration, and **total rewards** strategies.
- Develop and facilitate **HR training programs** on compliance, leadership, and workplace culture.
- Stay up to date with employment law changes and HR industry trends to provide proactive recommendations.

**Qualifications & Requirements**
- **CHRP or CHRL designation** (or in progress) preferred.
- Minimum **3-5 years of HR experience**, preferably in a consulting or corporate HR role.
- Strong knowledge of **Ontario employment laws and HR best practices**.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with **HRIS, payroll systems, and analytics tools** is an asset.
