**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Provide product knowledge, technical information, and support to customers.
- Prepare quotes, process sales orders, and coordinate delivery or pickup.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist in stock organization.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Collaborate with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Stay current with product offerings, pricing, and industry trends.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and effectively.
- Participate in showroom maintenance and merchandising.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in sales, business, or construction is an asset.
- 7 Months - 1 year of retail or customer service experience; experience in the building materials or construction industry is a strong advantage.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to read blueprints and understand construction terminology (preferred).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with ERP or POS systems is a plus.
- Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a warehouse/showroom environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.43-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week

Flexible language requirement:
