MGM Mechanical Ltd. is a highly respected and professional contractor specializing in complex commercial, institutional and light industrial construction projects. We are looking to grow our team as we take on a larger market share in the lower mainland. We have always build our company on an excellent staff where we thrive on positive and supportive culture while offering professional and high quality work. We are looking for an experienced, skilled and technical mechanical project manager to lead many exciting lower mainland projects. This role requires strong leadership, good communication and a good understanding of plumbing, heating and the full building mechanical system.

**Responsibilities;**
- This role will require you to manage multiple mechanical projects in the lower mainland ensuring budgets (labour, materials and sub-trades), schedule and all technical aspects are adhered to.
- Oversee procurement of materials and equipment
- Collaborate with clients, engineers, and other staff
- Ensure compliance with safety, local codes, specifications and all other project requirements
- Provide technical and project support for site staff
- Conduct site visits as needed

**Qualifications;**
- 3+ Years project management experience in Mechanical Contracting (HVAC, plumbing, piping etc)
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, essential for effective stakeholder engagement.
- Proficiency in budgeting, time management, and project planning.
- Familiarity with excel and project management tools/software
- Technical knowledge of plumbing, HVAC and Mechanical systems

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $80,000.00-$145,000.00 per year
