Breakfast Host/hostess

The Host / Hostess will be responsible for providing consistently high-levels of customer service to all restaurant & lounge patrons by providing prompt service and maintaining a strong working knowledge of all menu items and daily specials. The Host / Hostess shall perform these customer service duties in a friendly and professional manner at all times and ensure that the patron has an enjoyable dining experience. Other responsibilities will include the proper setting of tables, removing used dishes and place settings, assisting with cleaning duties, and ensuring compliance with all restaurant policies and procedures.
Greet patrons at entrance of dining room, restaurant, or lounge and escort them to tables or other seating areas, introduce the server
- Accept payment from patrons for food and beverage.
- Maximizes guest service by providing efficient & courteous customer service to our guests based upon our Food & Beverage Service Standards
- Receive and record patrons reservations and assign tables. Upon taking reservations the host will take pride in providing other value added services to guests by introducing products and seasonal promotions
- If time allows, host will take opportunity to promote daily features and obtain drink orders (only if time permits); as they are the “keeper” of the first impression which also includes answering of the phone
**Job Type**: Part-time
**Salary**: $13.00 per hour
