Communications and Marketing Coordinator

**Your main responsibilities**
- Participate in editorial planning, communication calendar management and community management
- Collaborate in the execution of communication plans in line with the company’s needs and brand image
- Create, coordinate, write, translate, create visuals, integrate and disseminate publications/content on various media while respecting the company’s brand image
- Continuously monitor best practices in communication strategies and stay abreast of new trends.
- Develop and coordinate the production of corporate promotional material as well as various visual and audiovisual content (presentations, models and templates, advertisements, posters, etc.)
- Develop high quality submissions for industry competitions
- Participate in various special projects related to communications in collaboration with various internal and external stakeholders
- Participate in the search for suppliers (photographers, printers, editors, freelancers)
- Coordinate professional photo shoots to support the creation of communication and marketing materials
- Perform updates on the website and other digital platforms
- Perform other related tasks as needed

**Your profile**
- 3 years experience in a similar role
- Excellent writing skills in French and English
- Knowledge of WordPress, Canva, SurveyMonkey, Sharepoint with the ability to quickly master new online programs and services
- Proficiency in social media and social media measurement tools
- Knowledge of digital trends in SEM, SEO, online advertising, etc (asset)
- Knowledge of video editing (asset)
- Experience in media relations (asset)
- Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time
- Is organized, autonomous, easily adaptable to the context
