**Your Role**

As the Operations & Client Relations Manager, you will:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with referral partners and actively market our services to create consistent job volume.
- Provide accurate over-the-phone and onsite estimates for potential projects, converting inquiries into confirmed jobs.
- Deliver high-quality handyman services to meet and exceed client expectations.
- Assist with hiring and managing a team of handyman laborers, ensuring alignment with workload demands.
- Assign jobs to handyman contractors, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary materials and following up to guarantee job satisfaction and completion.
- Maintain exceptional customer service throughout the client journey, leaving every customer with a positive impression.
- Input and track expenses in various software systems to ensure accurate financial records.
- Ensure contractors are paid promptly for completed work.

- Possess hands-on handyman skills and experience (an asset but not required).
- Thrive on building relationships and providing outstanding customer service.
- Have experience in managing teams, assigning tasks, and following up to ensure quality results.
- Feel comfortable with administrative tasks, including expense tracking and payroll management.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: From $1,000.00 per month

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
- Commission pay

**Benefits**:

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- On call
- Weekends as needed

**Experience**:

- Handyman: 3 years (preferred)
- Marketing: 1 year (preferred)
- Construction estimating: 2 years (preferred)

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Red Deer, AB T4N 4A5

Expected start date: 2025-06-01
