WestCorp Solutions is seeking an experienced Project Control Analyst to support our Client in Calgary, AB. This position is flexible and can be based out of Calgary, AB or Fort McMurray, AB. The shift is Monday - Friday, 8-hour days. This is a contract position for an ongoing requirement.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide cost management, change management, progress and performance analysis, forecasting, and reporting with a focus on timeliness and accuracy.
- Develop, maintain, and continuously improve cost control, forecasting, change management, and reporting for Project Controls (PC) services.
- Adhere to all standards, procedures, templates, and specifications.
- Manage commitments, actual costs, and budget allocations.
- Calculate incurred costs, perform cost variance analysis, and generate cost reports.
- Maintain the project change log, initiate Project Change Notices, and ensure alignment with the project baseline and control budget.
- Identify and address budget deviations, notifying the Project Controls Manager as needed.
- Track and report project milestones, metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Execute the PC closeout plan, secure approval for the final closeout report, and provide benchmarking data as required.

**Qualifications**:

- Post-secondary degree required.
- Cost skills certification is considered an asset.
- Strong computer skills, including MS Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Familiarity with PowerBI and SAP S4 is an asset.
- 8-10 years of Project Controls experience in the Oil & Gas sector, with 3-5 years of on-site experience.
- EPC and Owner experience is an asset.
- Knowledge of Project Management and Project Controls principles, PC Standards & Procedures, project execution concepts, and ADEM processes.
- General understanding of Primavera P6 and data transposition in Excel.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, adaptability to change, and proficiency in data-driven problem-solving.
