**Who are we looking for?**

We’re looking for experienced painters who want to work with a great team. This is for you if you’re hardworking, motivated to make a lot of money, and truly care about the customer’s experience. Because we pay our painters top dollar, we do expect more from our team in terms of jobsite responsibilities.
- Must have minimum 1 year painting experience.
- Must have a good attitude.
- Must have own transportation.

**Responsibilities**
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and patching as necessary.
- Ensure all work areas are kept clean and organized throughout the project.
- Assist with the setup and cleanup of job sites before and after projects.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and to specifications.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain compliance with all safety regulations on job sites.
- Perform general labor tasks as required, including lifting materials and assisting with installations.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Experience**:

- Residential painting: 1 year (required)
- Working at heights: 2 years (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 75% (required)

Work Location: In person
