**Overview**

**Duties**
- Lead and manage all kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation.
- Develop innovative menus that reflect current food trends while maintaining the restaurant's unique style.
- Supervise kitchen staff, providing training and support to ensure high performance and adherence to food safety standards.
- Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage food costs effectively.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all aspects of food handling and preparation.
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area at all times.
- Stay updated on industry trends to continually enhance the dining experience.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Head Chef or in a similar role within the food industry.
- Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, including menu planning, food handling, and safety regulations.
- Excellent team management skills with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse group of culinary professionals.
- Experience in supervising kitchen staff and managing restaurant operations effectively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Bartending experience is a plus for establishments that serve alcohol.

Expected hours: 30 - 50 per week
