- **Leadership Excellence**: Exceptional leadership skills are crucial for this role, as the Environmental Services Manager will oversee a team of maintenance staff responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the facility. They must inspire and motivate their team to uphold high standards of service delivery.
- **Communication**:Strong interpersonal and communication skills are necessary for interacting with residents, staff, and external vendors. The Environmental Services Manager must be able to convey complex technical information in a clear and understandable manner while maintaining professionalism and empathy.

**Technical Skills and Knowledge**:

- **Safety and Compliance**: Knowledge of relevant regulations, codes, and industry standards pertaining to senior living facilities is critical. This role will prioritize employee and resident safety and well-being by ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, conducting regular inspections, and implementing appropriate safety measures.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $60,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
