**Responsibilities**
- Manage daily operations of the café, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
- Lead, train, and motivate staff to create a positive work environment and foster teamwork.
- Oversee inventory management, including ordering supplies and maintaining stock levels.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness throughout the café.
- Develop and implement effective operational procedures to enhance efficiency.
- Conduct interviews and assist in hiring new team members as needed.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation of food and beverages.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
- Monitor financial performance and assist in budgeting processes.
**Experience**
- Proven experience in restaurant/Cafe management or a similar role within the food service industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations is essential.
- Experience in bartending or cooking is a plus but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Previous experience in team management or hospitality is highly desirable.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 6-8 months
Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 44 - 55 per week
