**Now Hiring: Security Guard Floater (Flexible Schedule)**:
**Locations**: Toronto, North York, Richmond Hill, Mississauga, Etobicoke, Brampton, Midtown, Downtown
**Schedule**: Varies (Minimum 2 shifts per week, additional encouraged)
**Requirements (Must Have)**:
- Valid **Security Guard License**
- Valid **Driver’s License**
- ** Reliable personal vehicle** for travel between sites
- ** CPR & First Aid Certification**
- ** Clear Criminal & Background Check**
- Ability to work **different shifts** (days, evenings, nights, weekends)
**Preferred Assets**:
- Experience in security, law enforcement, or related fields
- Use of Force training
- Experience in loss prevention, surveillance, or CCTV
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide professional and courteous customer service
- Conduct regular patrols and enforce security protocols
- Maintain professionalism, integrity, and strong work ethics
- Communicate fluently in English and write detailed reports
