**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve tasty recipes following recipe standards- Consistently follow task lists and quality standards- Label, package and handle product selection- Receive and rotate products into inventory- Operate kitchen equipment safely and ensure that all Health and Safety standards are met- Ensure compliance of all food handling requirements and standards- Communicate effectively with others regarding all aspects of menu planning, food preparation and execution

**Must-Haves**:

- Knife skills or previous experience in a kitchen- Minimum 3-4 years of Line/Prep Cook experience- Food Handler Certification is an asset- Experience with kitchen equipment (knives, ovens, stoves, etc.)- Familiar with sanitation and health and safety food regulations including proper handling of equipment- Work well under pressure independently- Proven leadership abilities- Strong communication skills - oral and written- Excellent time management and organization skills
