**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Careful handling and grading of lobster, by size, for storage
- Feeding grading line
- Sorting the lobster on the grading belt
- Packing lobster in crates for shipping
- Cleaning machinery and immediate work areas
- Some lifting (trays & crates)
- Other general labour work as required
