We are looking for an organized and goal-oriented F&B Supervisor to be part of this destination restaurant

The Restaurant is proud of his innovation at every level through its unique culinary, service and design combination.

Things you will be doing as a F&B Supervisor:

- Shift leader for front of the house team
- Work with the Restaurant team
- Work with the Kitchen team on day to day operations
- Overview the day-to-day restaurant management
- Ensure all health and safety protocols are adhered to
- Motivate the team
- Communicate and engage with customers to receive feedback and manage complaints
- Promote the brand as a restaurant of choice

You will be a great fit if you have:

- Experience with wine and cocktails in a destination restaurant
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to professionally address customer complaints
- Knowledge of departmental P and L
- Excellent customer service skills

Taking an Entrepreneurial Approach to Driving the Restaurant Business
- Understands financial opportunities by surveying restaurant demand.
- Partners with key individuals in the local community to assess opportunities.
- Identifies and analyzes competitors.
- Supervises and manages employees.
- Understands employee positions well enough to perform duties in employees' absence.

**Salary**: $350,000.00-$380,000.00 per year
