**For full-time employees**:

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
- Write and update briefing sessions ;
- Follow up in the project management system;
- Assist in maintaining and updating the newsletter calendar;
- Integrate newsletter campaigns;
- Assist in the programming of newsletter campaigns;
- Perform quality tests and controls and identify resulting problems;
- Be a support in the maintenance and creation of customer journeys;
- Provide support in the organization and implementation of various projects;
- Anticipate the needs of the team and offer proactive support;
- Conduct effective competitive monitoring on a regular basis;
- Ensure good communication and cooperation with various departments and teams;
- Perform all other related tasks.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Post-secondary studies in marketing, business, communication, media or equivalent;
- Experience in the field of retail and/or fashion (an asset);
- Proficient in the Office Suite: Word, Excel and Powerpoint;
- Ability to work under pressure under tight deadlines by adapting to unforeseen events;
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize;
- Sense of organization, autonomous and adept at evolving in a changing environment;
- Meticulousness, rigor and attention to detail;
- Proven interpersonal and team skills;
- Bilingual, both oral and written, French and English (The person will have to do advertising campaigns for the Canadian market).
