**Position Title**:Construction Estimator - Plumbing

**Key Responsibilities**
- Review project blueprints, specifications, and pre-built quote packages to develop accurate plumbing cost estimates.
- Calculate material, labor, and equipment costs for residential plumbing systems.
- Collaborate with project managers and clients to confirm scope and requirements.
- Source and evaluate vendor/subcontractor pricing for plumbing materials and services.
- Prepare and submit timely bids and proposals based on standardized estimating procedures.
- Maintain organized records of all estimates, submitted bids, and finalized costs.
- Support cost-saving initiatives by identifying efficiencies or alternatives in materials/labor.

**Qualifications**
- **Experience**:Minimum 1-2 years in construction estimating or related field; plumbing experience preferred.
- **Education**:High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or certifications a plus.
- **Skills**:

- Familiarity with residential plumbing components and construction practices
- Proficiency in estimating software (e.g., PlanSwift, QuickBid) and Microsoft Office
- Excellent math, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational habits
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Must have valid license and reliable transportation

**Experience**:
