**Responsabilités principales**:

- Comptabiliser les transactions liées à la location et à la vente de véhicules ;
- Réconcilier les comptes du Grand Livre associés aux activités de location ;
- Vérifier l’exhaustivité et la conformité des dossiers de location ;
- Maintenir un registre à jour des contrats de location (activations et résiliations) ;
- Préparer les rapports financiers de fin de mois ;
- Participer aux audits annuels de fin d’exercice ;
- Assurer un soutien au financement des transactions de véhicules ;
- Contribuer à différents projets liés à la fonction financière.

**Profil recherché**:

- Certificat en comptabilité et/ou baccalauréat en commerce avec concentration en comptabilité ;
- De 3 à 5 ans d’expérience dans un poste similaire ;
- La connaissance de Microsoft Dynamics NAV constitue un atout ;
- Présentation professionnelle et attitude proactive ;
- Capacité à gérer efficacement les priorités et à respecter les échéanciers ;
- Rigueur, sens de l’organisation et attention aux détails ;
- À l’aise dans un environnement de travail rapide et changeant ;
- Excellente maîtrise du français et de l’anglais, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit ;
- Maîtrise des outils Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).

**Position Title: Financial Analyst**

**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Record transactions related to vehicle leases and sales
- Reconcile general ledger accounts associated with lease operations
- Review lease files to ensure completeness and accuracy
- Maintain an up-to-date log of lease agreements, including activations and terminations
- Prepare accurate and timely month-end financial reports
- Support the year-end audit process by preparing relevant documentation
- Provide backup support for vehicle financing operations
- Participate in ad hoc financial projects as assigned

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Certificate in Accounting and/or a Bachelor's degree in Commerce with a concentration in Accounting
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in a similar financial or accounting role
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV is considered an asset
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with strong attention to detail
- Ability to meet deadlines in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Fluency in both English and French (spoken and written)
- Professional demeanor and a commitment to continuous improvement
