**Duties**
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and disposing of waste properly.
- Follow food safety guidelines to ensure all food handling practices meet health regulations.
- Help with inventory management by restocking supplies and reporting any shortages to the kitchen supervisor.
- Support the cooking staff during busy periods by providing timely assistance and ensuring that all kitchen operations run smoothly.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance skills related to food preparation and kitchen safety.

**Skills**
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques.
- Experience working in a kitchen or restaurant environment is preferred but not required.
