**Position Summary**:
As Lot Attendant, you will be responsible for coordinating the mass vehicle inventory, jockey vehicles, control parking arrangements, and assist Sales Department with vehicle transportation. This fantastic opportunity is suitable for an energetic, self-motivated, customer focused individual looking to take their career to the next level

**Duties**:
Organize the vehicles stored on the lot in a safe manner.

Keep all vehicles parked in correct areas as indicated on the general lot plan.

Move all vehicles as required.

Participate in vehicle delivery, wash, and gas the vehicle before schedule delivery.

Participate in dealer trades, or other driving duties.

Keep parking lot and grounds clean and maintained.

Other duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:
High School diploma or equivalent and/or post-secondary education.

1-3 years of direct work experiences.

Valid Driver’s License and clean Driver’s Abstract.

Ability to operate manual and automatic transmission vehicles.

Safe operation of vehicles in accordance with legal requirements and Company policy.

Good time management skills.

Customer service skills. Exceptional verbal communication.

Ability to work individually and as part of a team.

High level of integrity and work ethic.
