**About The Opportunity: Sales Associate**

We’re looking for a motivated and dependable **Sales Associate** to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you support the daily operations of the store by ensuring customers have a great experience and the store remains clean, organized, and compliant. If you bring a positive attitude and a willingness to learn, we’ll provide the training you need to succeed. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys customer service, teamwork, and a fast-paced environment.

**What You’ll Do**

- Greet customers, answer questions, and provide product recommendations
- Operate the cash register, process payments, and issue receipts
- Restock shelves, receive deliveries, and complete basic inventory checks
- Check customer ID to verify legal purchasing age
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment

**About You**

- Previous retail or customer service experience is an asset.
- Must hold a valid ProServe Certification (or be willing to obtain it before starting).
- Able to stand, walk, and lift up to 40 lbs throughout your shift.
- Reliable, positive, and willing to support the team to meet shared goals.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
