**SMT **is seeking a dynamic and organized Communications Outreach Coordinator to play a pivotal role in our engagement with the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) community. This individual will be responsible for coordinating and executing impactful lunch and learn presentations, showcasing our cutting-edge construction technology solutions to key stakeholders.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Outreach and Relationship Building**:

- Continue to develop and maintain strong relationships with contacts at architectural, engineering, and construction firms.
- Identify and prioritize potential lunch and learn presentation opportunities.
- **Presentation Coordination**:

- Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling and informative presentation content.
- Articulate clear presentation objectives tailored to each audience.
- Secure dates and times for lunch and learn presentations in various target locations.
- Coordinate logístical details, including venue selection, catering, and technology setup.
- Initially the position will coordinate company representatives to complete the presentations, future opportunities for yourself to present will be based on experience and public speaking ability.
- **Event Execution and Follow-Up**:

- Ensure smooth and successful execution of lunch and learn presentations.
- Facilitate engagement and interaction between attendees and company representatives.
- Collect feedback and data to measure presentation impact and effectiveness.
- Follow up with attendees to nurture relationships and explore potential opportunities.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**:
Optional diploma or degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- **Experience**:

- 1+ years of experience in a communications or marketing role.
- Proven track record in event coordination and outreach activities.
- Strong understanding of the architectural, engineering and construction industry is a plus.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace and Salesforce CRM.
- Self-starter with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
- Passionate about clean-tech, mass timber, construction technology and innovation.
