**Position Overview**:
We are looking for a Facilities Maintenance Worker to join our dynamic property management team, serving our northern campuses. As a valued member of our service-oriented crew, you will play a key role in maintaining the buildings, grounds, and equipment, ensuring they remain safe, functional, and welcoming for everyone.

**About the Role**:

- A working knowledge of building and grounds maintenance and operations
- Physical capability to perform a range of manual activities
- A valid Class 5 driver's license with a good driving record
- WHMIS certification
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office

You should be ready to work in a dynamic work environment with varying workloads and deadlines, and be known for your approachability, teamwork, and flexibility when interacting with clients and colleagues.

**Additional Requirements**:

- The incumbent is responsible for completing all mandatory training requirements for the position as per agency policy and guidelines.
- Employees must hold a class five (5) novice two (2) or higher drivers license and be eligible for coverage under our commercial auto insurance policy.
