If so, we are looking for you and would love to talk to you. **Who You Are**: - You have strong organizational skills and pay attention to detail. - You communicate effectively by listening and through verbal and written communication. - You have strong teamwork skills since you are responsible and supportive. - You excel at customer service as you possess skills such as patience and empathy. - You manage your time expectations by balancing and planning tasks. **Primary Key Responsibilities**: - Administration of maintenance-related activities (i.e., enter work orders, purchase orders, complete and deliver notices to enter, etc.). - Support the Maintenance Manager, maintenance team, and contractors to ensure turnover suites meet market-ready deadlines. - Monitor pending work orders to ensure timely completion. - Follow up with residents after maintenance completion where necessary. - Perform purchasing responsibilities within your authority level. - Maintain an organized office space at all times, including accurate and up-to-date contact lists and systems. - Ensure local, provincial, & federal laws and regulations are observed in the community. - Execute all work safely and professionally in compliance with Occupational Health and Safety Legislation. - Ensure comprehension and compliance with the Residential Tenancies Act in all procedures and Westcorp Playbook policies. - Perform other projects and duties as assigned or required by the Maintenance Manager. **Required Skills and Abilities**: - Strong administrative abilities. - Experience in a similar type of role of maintenance administration to ensure successful execution of suite turnover and building maintenance. - Must be highly organized, results-oriented, and can work in a high-energy, multi-functional team environment. - Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook). - Knowledge of Yardi and Sharepoint is an asset. - Possess exceptional English communication skills (verbal, listening, and written). - Must be flexible and willing to adapt to changing priorities, as required. - Strong interpersonal and analytical skills. - Possess sensational customer service philosophy. - A high degree of professionalism and dedication to self, co-workers, and clients. - Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work. - You are flexible and can work outside of regular business hours as required by business needs (i.e., month-end). - Appearance must be neat, clean, and professional. - A security clearance is required upon offer of employment. **Working at Westcorp**: Headquartered in Edmonton, Westcorp Property Management Inc. is a vertically integrated company that creates, invests in, and manages residential, commercial, and hotel properties.
