**Here’s what YOU get to do**:

- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
- Lead as a high-performing salesperson and attend key sales events.
- Implement marketing campaigns and promotions.
- Motivate the team to meet targets and uphold standards.
- Conduct monthly performance reviews and set individual goals.
- Foster a positive, collaborative team environment.
- Hire and train new staff, and organize training sessions.
- Manage staff schedules and time-off requests.
- Ensure excellent customer service and address concerns promptly.
- Oversee daily store operations and ensure compliance with procedures.
- Maintain store cleanliness and organization.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company rules.
- Prepare weekly reports and communicate updates.
- Attend weekly store managers' meetings.
- Sales-oriented, you have a perfect mastery of sales techniques.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Great rigor and heightened organizational skills.
- Mandatory English language proficiency, both oral and written.
- First experience in sales and commerce is mandatory.
- Autonomous and proactive profile.

**Workplace location**: on-site, Niagara Falls Casino Fallsview

**Terms of the position**:

- Hours:_
- Available on weekends / Daytime work / Evening work / Holiday work
- Status: Full time_
- Work schedule: 40 hours/week, 5 days/week_
- Starting date : asap_

Pay: From $42000.00 per year
